Ingredients
  

  • 2–3 fresh lion’s mane mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme or chili flakes (optional)

Method
 

  1. Slice lion’s mane mushrooms into ¼-inch thick pieces.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and sauté for 4–5 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
  4. Season with sea salt, black pepper, and optional thyme or chili flakes. Toss to coat evenly.
  5. Remove from heat and serve hot as a side, taco filling, or toast topping.
